Have you tried using ffxiv.yg.com? You can go in and click bazaar then choose your server etc and browse the npc retainer wards for items you need. It will tell you exactly who has it and how much If all else fails what items do you need exactly and if you are on besaid I can make your skillet and possibly pole depending on level.
