What job/race are you going to be playing when FF14 releases?

My first character is most likely going to be a Lalafell Thaumaturge.
The Thaumaturge abilities/spells look interesting.

yes, but it's a completely different game.
plus XIV is a mmo, whereas XIII is a single player game.
