Alright so heres the deal a month or two ago I bought a ffxi ultimate code on steam but I couldn't make an account because I don't have a credit card that works, and I kind of gave up for a while. Now all I need someone to do is add this code to my account and i'll pay you 15fg.

Eh didn't think this through too well, I had the ps2 version in mind because that fixes some problems but I guess it still needs a credit card

Have you tried a pre-paid debit card? It worked for Aion, might work for FFXI.
