i played ff7 about 1-2 years ago. never finished it tho.
but id like to know what other following versions of ff are there for pc and what are they about

I know for a fact there is FF8 and probably 9.
I liked 8s story alot, 9 not so much. I haven't played anything past 9, So i wouldn't know sorry.
I'm not going to try to explain the story, i don't think it'd be very good. But I think there is actually a demo of FF8 you can download somewhere, probably gamespot.

Nah 9 wasn't never released to pc. Only 7 and 8. 7, know Vicc.. 8 is a real-time-ffgame.. With weapons, nice story, really its a lovestory acually ^^

so after 8 there are no pc versions of ff?

Yeah you need to buy it and such, and its 12 or 13 a month.
