is it weird ive Past the part where you get cid , And i dont Have either Yuffie or vincent ??

they havent showed up T_T

They are optional characters.
Check google how to get 'em.

^ Yep, they don't have any real connection with the story. It's just get them if you want them.

You can get Yuffie right before you get to Junon / after the Midgar Zolomn. Run around in the forest = fight with Yuffie randomly.
Can't remember the answer to the options they give you.

Vincents in the Shinra mansion. Gotta use the safe/boss fight and then open the coffin up in the basement.
