I am downloading/uploading at about 10 kb ... when i tested my connection it should be more like 3-5 mbps. Disabled firewalls, make 0 change. What could be my problem?

SE software connections = crud.

use a bittorrent to download it...you get your download speed there :) ...pm me if you want more specific directions as to how ^_^
