I've always been a lover of this franchise but a few months back i played tales of symphonia and beat it.
I just recently started playing Star Ocean: The Second Story and am loving it. So I popped FF8 in a few days
ago and started playing. And...WOW! was i bored. I did play this game before but only to the 2nd disc.
I got 30 mins in the game and turned it off. Next i tried FF7. A little better but cant hold up to Star Ocean
or Tales. Just wondering if the games...have gotten boring. Don't get me wrong i still love the games, but
not just as much as i used to.

Well maybe ur older now, or just the games getting more boring and boring. The oldscool-ffgames r always the best ones ^^ 6 here is the best for me

i think the prob is u were playing newer games first? not sure wut star oacean or Tales are, so dont no. if u r, the graphics prolly r way worse. if im gonna play a ff game then i will just pop it in and not play newer games first

I've yet to play a game that does not get boring after a certain amount of time playing it. If I ever find one you can assume that I've gone insane. Role playing games in general to me are getting more boring, just because I've already seen most of the stuff that can be offered.

Star Ocean is fun did u beat it on Universe mode? and did u beat Indalcio without his limiter(on universe mode) if u havent then u havent truly beaten the game. there is a seecret dungeon in the game and a secret shop and 3 secret bosses (indalcio unlimited in universe = near impossible)ive fought him over 100 times and only beat him once( u gotta beat istella queen like 30 times to get dream bands/best swords) recomended party selina,claude, ashton(duh best guy in the game), and dias. if u wanna know all the secrets pm me ill tell u them

lol cuz star ocean the battles r more aciting u just dun stand in line and choose commands but dats like da best part in a ff game rofl??? dun wrry ff13 will be a big hit
