Im trying to find the best stuff to equip to Fang. All my classes are maxed for all my characters pretty much aside from one last one. She has her 3rd tier spear from the Dragons lance at level 83 right now, Genji Glove and some random stuff. Is there any better i can do for her? i see people doing over 100k dmg with a single hit against a staggered Long Gui. I can do maybe a max of 60k dmg with blindside. Any help would be appreciated

If you want high damage, then yes.

it depends what you plan to do with lightning.
she can be a fairly good ravager as well as commando.
so if you already have fang main as com, you could use light for rav to quick build stagger bar then swap her to com.
but yea generally for those two you stack kaiser knuckles on them for massive dmg
