so do you need 1 of each ultimate
1 of each tir3 and tire 2 for each char?

1 tier 3 (ultimate weapon) per character, but all 6 (or is it 8?) 2nd tier weapons per character

each char has 8 yea

is the 1st star tier 2 2nd star tier 3 then ultimate?

yes, so 8 1 tiers (obviously), 8 2nd tiers, and 1 3rd tier PER CHARACTER.

do it with each and yerrr good.
