well mainlly how many do i need for every item trohpy

for the every item trophy you only need 1 of each ultimate weapon per character (so 6 ultimates), though you will still needed to have 1 of each 1st and 2nd tier in your inventory at some point (8 weapons at 2nd tier).

o ok not to bad then so will i only need 6 traps total

actually if you have the gil to spend you only need 1, buy / farm a trap, then procede to make a * level nirvana (vanille's ultimate) once it is at * level you will get 2-3 traps (sorry cant remember exact amount here and cant check atm) and around 375k Gil, though you'll spend around 1.5m doing this

i got like 4 traps atm i might get more by the time i finish off lvling

Yeah just make Nirvana or Kains Lance and you can get 3 traps from dissembling them.
