I haven't played the FF series since probably back in FF2 for the ps1.

About to borrow the game for the xbox 360 from a friend. Watched him play a few times and the graphics are ridiculous.

Any tips?

Enjoy chapters 1-10. Theres nothing you can miss and its pretty linear. It starts to pick up on chapter 11 and theres LOTS of grinding if you want to max everything.

I agree but in FF13 it doesn't take too much grinding to be able to continue. Took me 1 sitting for a couple hours and I was able to easily finish the game.
