just killed that old guy at the end of chapter 11 i was wondering if there was a quick way to get back to the xp farming spot

It was a sad time for me when I realized I had to back-track pretty much the entire chapter. There wasn't a way I knew of.

you can teleport back in ch13. dont ask me where and when because youll know when you see it. you cant miss it

Depends? How much trouble did you have the Bart at the end of ch11. If you manage to do ok then you should be able to tackle 12 then be able to warp back.

i had 400k cp banked up with all 3 innates maxed before him, 2nd tier weps on 3 mains with auto haste shoes on all should be easy

just keep going, once you get to chapter 13 you can warp back to gran pulse... but what you really should do is just finish the game so you can unlock the full crystarium ... just make sure you grind in the final room before the end boss since there are 3 fights you can do that are worth 64k + each (with growth egg) and only take about a minute to do

you should max out all yoru characters and build up 999999 cp for each since this is the best grinding spot in the whole game but once you leave the room you can ever return to it

about the only thing i would go back for is to do mission 55 if you havent already to get the growth egg (you will need to use vanilles death spell, a sen, and a med)

I would't say all that is required. I maxed my cyrstarium on all 3 top jobs at only stage 9 and only had one star'd second tier weapon and managed to beat last bosses easily.
To the TC, there are pretty much two boss fights (technically one, the same guy twice) in chapter 12 before you can go to 13 and warp back to Gran Pulse.
