Before the "FF7 is the greatest and nobody can deny it" "Oh yea FF7 is the most overrated game in existence" shit starts I'll start off by saying its all personal preference. All of the FF games are great. Read up about them and see which one seems like it would interest you the most.

When he asks, "What FF is the best", he is asking for a personal preference. You simply just cant comprehend, that is why people give their opinion on which game was the best.

On topic: FF7 in my opinion was the best FF series, but now I am choosing 13 over 7.

Right now, I must say that the monsters in FF13 are harder than any other FF games by story-line. You are compressed to certain max levels until you complete up to a certain in the game. So monsters in general in my opinion are harder in 13 than any other game at the moment. As for the "hardest monster", I do not know the answer to that but there is this mini-boss at Ch11 in FF13 that I can't seem to beat. I've maxed out their innate skills and their 2ndary skills and still lose. I tried a couple strategy, but not working at the moment so I'm gonna skip him.

I struggle in FF13 more than I have in any other FF games mainly because you're restricted to "completely" maxing out your skills until a certain point in game.

FFX was the best in my opinion.

The story line was just awesome, the whole game was perfect.

The sphere system, the bosses.

I never got bored, such a great story.

ultimate weapon in 7 is hands downs the hardest monster in any ff game. unless you cheat and do free heals

Omega in VIII was a lot of work. I don't remember any weapon in VII being that difficult. Except for the blue one my friend swore to me appeared once you had everyone 99. Lots of time to waste back them.....

what is with the monster in ff 10 what was his name it was not a monster in a farm not this monster i mean the monster u fight with him in the air on ur ship
