so im fighting cid and he keeps doing the combo that kills lightning at full health. will it help if i keep grinding before i fight him or is there no difference?? i got him down to like 5% health and he just killed me with that 1 combo when i was at full hp

im using lightning fang and hope

lightning: 1350hp / 329str / 207magic
fang: 1170hp / 303str / 148magic
hope: 880hp / 135 / 247magic

well if you can get him down to 5% then you should be able to kill him xD try and use a summon if you know you die. it will fully heal your members. your party seems to have very little hp and stats o.O remember to guard with fang when you heal. maybe even when you attack with light and hope. use synergies with hope too. then you are sure not to die with 1 combo. you just have to know when to heal. he will mostly go for fang when she is guarding because of provoke
