I scanned through the first few pages and didn't find any threads about this, so forgive me if there's already a topic. Anyways,
I am a huge final fantasy fan, played through and loved 1,4,6 to 10x2, so please understand that I'm not here to criticize anyone with what I'm about to share
"Spoony" is a game/movie reviewer, associated with Channel Awesome (TGWTG). He has an 11 part review of FF8 (One of the videos being an April Fools joke where he reviews FF1) -- he nitpicks and rages over all of the flaws in the game.
His videos are posted as blogs in descending order on his website:

I agree with most of the things he complains about, but that doesn't ruin the game for me... if anything, the videos gave me a craving to play the game again XD
