ok so i popped in FF1 into my NES. OMFG takes so long to get to the point where you can actually beat Mr. Garland. if you try right away he just knocks you down just like he says.

wish the gameplay was like ff6/3, i would love to play ff1. I can't stand the battle system though

The battle system for FF1? Try getting it for GBA, might be a little easier to understand then.

haha! i played that game when i was 6 i think it was the eastiest ff game of all time and for garland he is easy. if you dont really know what you are doing in this game ff1 for nintendo then you will want to gain 1 level for each character before you go to fight him.
