Where should i start. #1 is not an option.

FF7, dont let anyone tell you differently. They never use the same story/chracters (Besides some of the names), so your not missing out on anything. DO NOT play FF10, FF10-2. Unless you like JPop..

7 or 8 or 10.
i liked 8 best then 10 then 7 but most people liked 7 best so it's hard to tell...
i personally started ff off with Ff8 then i played 7 then 10 etcc

FF10 is a waste of time, and you'll lose brain cells for playing it. If you like FF10-2, you need shot.

Start on ff7, second best game ever made imo (behind ocarina of time)
8,9,10,12 are all very good as well, i prefer 9 and 10 over 12 and 8

dont start on ff 7 so overrated start with 9 easiest one to get into ff 7 has materia which weakens ur chars a lot so its kinda hard for a first timer or u can play 8 u just equip magic to buff ur ppl 10 has sphere grid which is the easiest to get into so if u have a ps2 get 10 if u have a ps3 get ff 7 if u have ps1 get 9
