I'm playing through again after about a year and a half.

Is there something you have to do before you can acquire Telekenesis? I remember where it is, but when I go to the merchant to buy it all he has for sale is Ethers.

On this particular file I'm at the end of the game, before going to Giruvegan or w.e it's called.

Giruvegan is that giant maze like place, yes?

I think I got it mixed up with something else. It's been too long since I've played it.

Giruvegan is the place with all the green platforms. It leads to The Great Crystal.
