Currently doing the 'Lindwyrm' quest.
IIRC it only appears in Tchita uplands when its cloudy.
What i want to know is , is their a set time when its cloudy, or is it just completely random, since everytime i go there its sunny ~_~.

Random. But it only changes when re-entering the tchita uplands, not in the tchita uplands itself.... so keep re-entering, takes me 5 minutes to get it to cloudy usually.

just re-enter from Phon Coast area and when it's cloudy go and kill him

yeah its pretty random
if i remember correctly you can 2 zone away and you can get cloudy in that area
OR for a better chance at a weather change go out of the entire area IE.. tchita uplands < > phon coast --- thats how i how to get the rest of the entites on my monster list was rather tedious but kinda the only way it can be done

then again its easier when you are doing a hunt IMO for some reason ( had a heck of a time getting a sandstorm in westersand for the earth entite after you kill the earth tyrant )
