The End can't be used on Ultimecia or undead enemies (not 100% sure about the latter) though. Rinoa's Angel Wing, on the other hand, can kill all of Ultimecia's forms in 1 use.

Isn't Angel Wing quite hard to activate though? I prefer a more direct and reliable approach such as Zell's Duel (which can kill Omega Weapon in 1 use, if you can use it properly).

when you have rinoa maxed out at 255 stats, and angel wing itself adds boost to mag stat not sure if it makes it higher than 255 though if u had 255 base. she will cast meteor that strikes for 9999's, and you can make her cast meteor only, not to mention the speed you get with auto hastes and 150 like spd stat, she casts angel wing meteor every .5 seconds at the slowest,

thats cheating, that move works on bosses?? selphie would die to rinoa x100 by the time you would activate it

Jesus fuck. Unless I have to I don't tend to use any of the girls in FF8, they just aren't worth it. Getting Squall, Zell and Irvine to 255 str and then just using meltdown > aura > limit break is far far easier and in my experience quicker.

Also for anyone that sucks at customising characters and therefore prefers FF7: you're already wrong about everything so give up
