how do you get final fantasy tactics 1.3? do you need an emulator or is it only available on psp? I would really like to try it. any info that would help would be great. thx

Far as I know, there are no working PSP emus, so you'll have to get a PSP.

I've been wanting to get a PSP, but the timing just hasn't been right for me.
