No could not be Ifrit. If it was Ifrit it'd be red. You have a piece of magic materia there. Could be meteor or ultima.

magic spells like fire and such, these are green

the support materia like ALL and w/e else is blue

there is purple materia which is like cover and stuff

and yellow...like abilities for steal and stuff

and then red is summons.

Yes.

Magic materia = green, ex: fire, ice, revive, cure....
Independent materia = purple, ex: HP plus, chocobo lure, MP plus, luck plus
Command materia = yellow, ex: steal, mime, double cut, slash all
Summon materia = red, ex: Ifrit, Chocomog, knights of the round, hades
