I havent played this game in years and years, but found myself starting a new game recently.
I'm on disk 3 and i have solomons ring, 6 malboro tentacles, 6 steel pipes, but what are the "Remedy+"?

Are they not the same remedies u can buy at shops?
anyways i cant summon Doomtrain.

You have to have the Alexander summon and the +medicine ability. not sure on the name but it's something like that. It upgrades items.

You can upgrade remedies to remedy+.

That should clear it up.

Just don't go to disk four until you're done with all the sidequests

yeah it took me awhile to warm up to the concept of RPG's, but theyre a great way to pass time.

Yeh Quistis is a must, i dont really care about my 3rd as much

iso 100x full lifes, flares, ultima's, etc for each of my main 3x

triple + Aura + Black Hole ftw.

black hole? Ive actually never used that spell/junctioned it

I've got it to where all my characters have their status def junctioned to resist most (Pain/confusion) and their elemental def junctioned to where they absorb all elements at least 10% +

Infact that's what i like most of the FFVIII game is the junction concept
