i've beat em all except omega from 12, don't really have the time to do it

ff 12 omega is a joke totally out of place here

Omega from FF8. He's extremely easy if you know his pattern of attack and have decent junctions. Out of the bosses you listed, I'd say Omega from FF8 would kill you the fastest without any preparations.

Ruby from FFVII gave me the most problems, other weapons from games were not so bad at all.

i found omega mark 12 pretty easy >.> yeah he hits hard but then you can just heal ur friends and then he only got 1 mil hp in our version of the game. he should have 10 mil as that other chinese version i think it was :S
but i would say that omega mark 12 hurts the most and he does it pretty fast. but still not the hardest. maybe ruby

If you know the tricks none of them are hard.

Ruby / Emerald can be killed in 1-2 turns easily, Omega 12 is cake, Omega is isn't hard but is the hardest among them probably

With a gameshark sure. They arent hard but you cant kill them in 2 turns....

Emerald i've killed in under 3 turns if I remember correctly; maybe not ruby but it doesn't take long

Just have to abuse a certain quality of materia

I'm fairly sure you can kill Ruby and Emerald in 1 hit using Vincent's overflow glitch. It doesn't require a GameShark. You just kill 65536 enemies with him and use D. Blow with his ultimate weapon. Lucky 7s could cut the time down a lot if you don't use that glitch, but I'm not sure if you can do it under 2 turns (probably can somehow...).

Omega in FF8 can be killed in 1 hit from The End and Zell's Limit Break (if you can use it properly).
