Im playing crisis core and i got a cursed ring, It adds +10 to all basic stats so i hit really hard since im still level 6 and +10 str is alot.

problem is it stops the DMW roll so i cant level up. But do i still get the hidden exp so that when i take off the ring i can level up easier or i dont get the hidden exp as well?

you get no exp at all cause DMV 7 7 7 on a break gets you a lvl. DMV stops rolling you stop leveling. Thats why you wear the ring when your at max level
