Zodiark is down in them mines, though you will need a key to open that place.
That key is found off a guy that has fallen from the mines, well, I don't remember what that place is called either...
Anyway, you will need to be ~60-70 to survive there, enemies are uber tough

No that is wrong. Zodiark is in the Henne Mines but his requirements are to have 10 espers and talk to Geomancer in Jahara and teleport back to Henne Mines, the 2nd section of the mines will be open.
Zalera is found in Barheim Passage where you need to finish Patient in the Desert sidequest. You will recieve a key from the sick moogle in Eastersand South Bank Village.
The key you're talking about is in Phon Coast beside Fallen Bhujerban. Its to open Lhusu Mines last section to get Gilgamesh the 2nd time.
Zeromous you need to go back to Mt Bur Omisace and find an Acolyte. He will give you Condemner Stone. Use it in stillshrine first waystone.
Exodus is found in Mosophoran Top area. You'll need to open a few shrines to access his area.
Ultima is found after you see the Occurians. She is in Upper Crystal near waystone 19 and a save crystal.
