Well, after a few times of installing DirectShow it finally wanted to show the videos so I could get past the intro. (Alt+Tab or anything does not work as it seems to hang when videos can't be viewed so reset comp is all that works) anyway.
Now after the into is done and you're supposed to get off the Train, it just goes black...
after a few secs you see Barret talking, but it's just all black.
I've installed the 1.02 patch and been trying all different video modes (Nvidia -> Tnt and Riva and unchecked Nvidia).
I also installed the XP patch.
Anyone who got this working on Windows XP?
I also tried the HighRes patch, but it's just a trojan so that wont work.

first you go download epsxe 1.6 i think that it was that version. then you download some plugins sound and video. just download alot of them and then when you have downloaded the game correctly then you can find out what fits best for your pc. ok after the plugins you download the game. seach download final fantasy 7 epsxe. then you will get it very fast. download all the parts and then extract them and put them in the same folder. then you can run it with epsxe. i think that was all?
