enter : ok

9 : pageup
3: pagedown

then up right down left is 8 6 2 4

Try this, i'm not sure but it might be right: (not sure what R1 equates to during not battle gameplay (possibly shift? I'm sure it says on the gamescreen what you have to push to combo into the higher version of the note))
