Tifa has the strongest limit break, I currently break well over 15k damage with Beat Rush, Somersault, Waterkick, Something Drop, and Dolphin Blow. Only level 42 with her.
Vincent is just cool.

Vincent just looks cool, and you want Tifa for her last limit break, and Premium Heart, she'll hit 9999 x 7.
Not even Cloud can pull that off with Omnislash.
