I'm having a hard time on Cid raines, god damnit.

I used Snow + Sazh + Vanille, but everytime he transforms he kill me in one combo.

bad combo there
fang, lightning, hope is best
lightning can use rav, comm, or medic with ok effects
fang can be a sentinel and sab and as rav she can learn all four strikes
hope, medic, ravager, and syn- this is just saying he is a mage

for cid raines
use medic and sentinel for when he is attacking, when he guards do rav rav com to stagger
once in stagger go to comm comm ravager this does massive dmg and he is launchable
repeat the process and he should fall in a few mins

ch 10 atm, going vs bahamut, but need to rethink my strategies he's pretty hard, just tried 3-4 times, but need to reset my paradigms :/

(nn help want to beat the game on my own first)

I'm grinding on grand pulse, who should i use?

game beat, average ending, guess had lots of extra time on my hands, iffy if i would play again, glad i didn't buy it

I used Light Hope and Vanille for everything.
So whatever combo character you're using works, you just need to learn how to control your paradigms.

Here was my setup when I played against Cid Raine.

Lightning : Hope : Vanille

Paradigm 1 - Commander : Ravager : Ravager
Paradigm 2 - Commander : Ravager : Medic
Paradigm 3 - Commander : Medic : Medic
Paradigm 4 - Ravager : Ravager : Ravager
Paradigm 5 - Medic : Synergist : Synergist [ or Saboteur / but in this case I think he's immune to curses ]
Paradigm 6 - Medic : Synergist : Medic

When he plays offensive, play P3
When he plays healing, play P2
When he plays guard, play P4

You want at least cure for your medics. You also want at least Protect on your synergists. Afterwards, everything just leads up to staggering him, which is what I do to most bosses.
I don't remember what else he does.

Lmk if you still need help with Bahamut. Got him after 2nd try, loss the first time cause I didn't know the crap he does that killed me.
