Vouch this. I know that big FF fans probably wince that at, but I seriously fucking LOVED that game.

FF13 Sucks

FF6/7/8/9 all own.

1. Final Fantasy Tactics
2. Final Fantasy VIII

Those are the best two, I don't even need a third. Funny how the two with the best developed characters and stories are the ones people generally like the least or have forgotten about. Tactics is just a masterpiece, THE best story created by Square. And VIII has the best character development, hands down, not to mention an amazing soundtrack. It was like they went all out for VIII, the production quality was amazing.

There is nothing cool about a witch beong controlled by a witch being controlled by a witch on the moon being controlled by yet another witch.
That isn't character development.
That is bullshit.


I would rank VIII under Final Fantasy Mystic Quest.

That's not the plot. It's one witch possessing different people. And yeah, the game has the best character development, the main characters have all changed so much and are played really well off of each other(better than any other FF). And the musical score is perfect for the game, the music connects with the characters and situations so well. The game as a whole is one of the most complete FF games, the total package.
