Cloud, Cid, Barret.

Their final limit breaks do the most damage out of the rest of the characters. Make sure you morph lots of strength sources for Cid. If you can make him hit 9999 with his final limit. He'll do more damage than Cloud's Omnislash. Takes a lot of time, and hard work though.

Also you should always put Barret on the back row, that way he only takes half damage from Melee attacks.

Don't use any other characters. Their final limit breaks are all jokes. But if you want to use a "Joke" party, I'd suggest using Cait Sith.

God any other Characters besides Cloud/Barret/Cid, are pure fucking horrible to use. I'm not joking either. Those are seriously the best characters to use.

I picked Vincent since he's the coolest after cloud but practicality, Aeris still has the best limitbreak in the entire game though you can't use her in the endgame.

Tifa is nice as well or maybe Cid. XD
