i half agree with the first part, some spinoffs were a total fail, like that cellphone one, and dirge of cerberus, but crisis core core got quite a few people, and not to mention Dissidia is becoming an enormous hit in japan and making its way to the US. (less of a ff7 spinoff more of a f mix, but same idea).

And then i agree, it would ruin the original if they made a new one, but only if they were to change it in some way, like add a "bonus character" or other stupid/pointless addons like that. just remaking the game with better graphics so that those who havent been able to have the experience of playing/owning a copy of ff7 (cause it's rather hard to find nowadays) would be able to play they game on their ps3's (which would also help marketing) and enjoy the game with even better jaw dropping visuals that consoles these days are capable of.

The description clearly says its FF7... Meaning, the same game from the pc//Ps1.

If they waited till ps4.. Which i didnteven know was in the makes? It would be too outdated and overplayed to sell copies.

@ ZvLOD: FF7 was ORIGINALLY supposed to be for n64 but they changed their minds. But i DO agree that it is a GOOD GAME

@ everyone whos played above FF7: I've only played ff 10-2 and it BLEW, i hear FF 10 was good though so dont come flaming at me because i've only played that one other than

1: FF5(Was good)
2: FF Tactics: War of the Lions(sucked)
3: FF Crystal Chronicles(MEGA SUCKED)
4: FF 8(The card game and drawing magic from everything was annoying, sue me)

I keep hearing FF 10 was good and WANT to play it
