got bored of it because i didnt lik the character design. the characters looked like kids. and the game is too long.

I LOVE it! You should play it! FF9 has great music too, at least I think so, tho many dont. That and I like the puzzles in it.

I liked that they KIND OF brought the "job system" classes back, but the storyline sucked horribly, and zidane was an idiot.

As far as i concern: FFVII the best, next is FFIX. I don't have much with FFVIII (not a real fantasy setting like in 7 or 9) or FFX.
I loved the 3 bitches ofcourse. The bend and snap in black witch costume.. yummie yummie.. Ok the game was bad, but seriously.. how many of us played with 3 girls at the same time before this game?

Playing FFVII atm, and tho the graphics are really outdated, the gameplay is sooo much better then in most modern games. Love the story, love the characters, love the materia system and love the extra shit u can do just for fun. Love the secrets and love the mode where u can get the big ass sword if u get to a certain point within time limit (which i never done... i just love to search for hidden shizzle which takes time.. and lots of it!). Altho the start of the game is a bit slow with lots of unskippable dialogues, u gotta love this game.

Played FFIX last time for 2 years ago, but somehow never finished it. first time i borrowed the PS from a friend that wanted it back. Second time my disc 3 was bad and then my savegames where corrupt. But when i finish VII i will definitely play it again.
If you like VII u will just love IX.

FF9.... Not one of my favorites but I'd play it again, sure. Much better the 2nd time through I thought.

It's also the series's creator's favorite game so far.

ff9 was VERY good, i stil own the game.. it was amazing id say.. so far ff7> ff9 > ff8 > ff12 ... ff10 and ff10-2 sucked.
