FFVII is imo the best RPG ever made. Truely upped the standards for all other RPG's and was an overall badass game. Storyline was one of the best in gaming, even to this day. Music, characters.. everything just wow. Really hope they remake it on the PS3 with modern graphics, so sweet. Not to mention that FFVII is the highest ranked of all FF? - finalfantasyextreme.com

Best storyliine in all gaming? I dont think so. Maybe the people who make 50 million off the Tomb Raider, Resident Evil games, that spawned 2-3 feature films each might debate that. FFVII was good however it was so vague and incomplete they are now making 4 games just to explain it. It had the potential to be the best but failed to wrap up all the questions untill like 10 years after it came out. Thats pretty lame.

Well they did that with FF8, making it for the ps2 with graphic upgrades, but they cancled it half way into production.

I liked Final Fantasy Tactics. Plus, the gameplay was unique for a FF game and it was fun.

Actually, that was just for presentation purposes (tech demo), just like it was FFVII PS3 tech demo - and they didn't start any remaking of FFVIII.
