Also...didnt you say in another post...might not even be on this forum that if enough people suggested Tactics Advanced you'd try it too? I'd also recommend that game. I put 94 hours into one of my files of FF TA and it was very enjoyable. This would be AFTER you play and beat FF IX of course

I will definately give other versions of FFT a go. beleive me. The FFT battle system is inspired. A pvp FFT game would consume me.

On another note,
I have been lvling Aeons on FFX for couple weeks now, as well as expanding my characters strengths on the sphere grid. Few nights ago, I got to really looking at the characters. This in no way shakes my feeling that FFX is a superb game, but I feel character parrells from FFVII (plz forgive me if this offends you, for it is not the intent).

In order of most alike to least alike.
Rikku / Yuffie
Auron / Vincent
Yuna / Aeris (Aerith)
Kimarhi / Nanaki (Red XIII) {both are aniamals somewhat,
Wakka / Tifa (If you perfered Aeris, Tifa as a 'friend' has same friendship qualities as Wakka. Difference in sex is why behind Kimarhi / Nanaki)
Tidus / Cloud (other than the blond hair, use of a sword, they aren't really that much alike)

Lulu, Barret, and Cait Sith, didn't really see much parrells in that.
I like both games, and defend any FF title for its name alone.
