I'll just praise FF8 because it gave me most of my favorites from the entire series, including Squall, Zell, and Seifer.

I liked Zalbag from FF Tactics, I liked Zidane and Vivi in FF9 but think more could have been done with Amarant.

Btw, DoC wasn't worth the 50$ price tag new...
I beat it in like 12 hours. It's kinda fun, but short lived.
But MAN does it answer some questions left behind from FFVII and AC =X

My opinion--unless you can get it for like 10-15$, look up all of the cut scenes from it. Your jaw will drop at parts.
