Seven Rules ok...Theres no better..>Although coming out of the FF series..Still made be square it a game called cronocross...A newer version of the old snes "crono trigger" although with many new chars and upgrades..Anyway..I would say that come pretty close to it

FF7 easily.. it has by far one of the most in depth stories..
and yes, materia system only made the game that much better..
even if they remade it, i garauntee you it would be as great as the original, for you cannot replace good game play with good graphics, i am sorry.
ff7 > all.

..and ff7 had a better "love story" i would say because cloud never gets to be with the one he loves in the end, it's more sappy. smile.gif
