Yes sir, The bouncer was the game I was thinking of. Wasn't too bad.
Ehrgeiz was little bit disappointing, but the characters it included was its saving grace for me.
for the record, Bouncer > Ehrgeiz
I liked the steriod rat w/ horns that resembled Zell from FFVIII.

I see now how petty I am, Liking a game with a character with horns ( that has little explanation of). Vs a game with character had a tail, that I gave no chance to explain.

I remember Ehrgeiz too but never owned it. My friend had it and I played it at his place.

Ergheiz was like if Soul Caliber met Tekken, and they had a retarded baby. The game was awful, I think back when I bought it the only reason I got it was because I knew there were FF characters in it lol. I did have a little fun with it for about a week, but never played it again after that.

The Bouncer on the other hand was actually a pretty fun game I thought. They don't make many good beat em up games anymore, it's become a dying breed. On an unrelated note, there are some cool side scrolling old school style beat em up levels on Batman Arkam City, best beat em up type game I've played in a long time.

Yes, but there was was different pathes you could take that always had you end up at the same place in the end, to save the girl. Also you would need a few times through to get one of the characters all maxed out ability wise.




I bought the game too, only so that I could use Sephiroth. I could say it was for w/e reason, but that is the honest truth. Its the worst square game that I have played (that I can recall). But even as bad a fail as it was, I still liked FF characters in a fighting game. I thought it would of been cool as hell if Duragon C. Mikado would appear in one of the newer FF titles, as a boss.

Excited to see what you think. I'm trying to convince my homie to give it a shot when he's satisfied with VII but he's seen already seen me play quite a bit of the latter half of the game. Might not have the same 'wow' factor as it did for myself.

If you give FFT any attempt at all sir, I think you will find aspects of it you like (can't guarantee anything, after all it is nearly 15 years old). I will definately give FFIX a go, in december. I'm looking forward to it, You got any character suggestions Andross?? Meaning characters that you enjoyed from the title, that are extra effective once developed??
