Just beat the secret mission # 64, which is the last one. Got a 5 star on this... and it was suppose to be hard. I guess I am about done with this game. Still love it.

but i enjoyed the game, i might play it here and there to finish them trophies, but probably not

It felt like they tried to gain attention to the younger kids.
The characters were fairly childish, the adults acted fairly childish, the actors had such unbearable voices. It felt like overall they tried to make the consumers be majority of teenagers, under 15.
The game-play also felt like it was remodeled and formatted into an easier style of button smashing for the, again, kids.

I'm a huge fan of storyline, and actors mean a lot in these games, especially the Final Fantasies (even though there were only like 3 FF games with voice actors).
The actors were terrible, and it was so cheesy that I felt like just skipping the scenes.

It was OK. I would give it 7/10 or so. The graphics were really well done and the landscapes were pretty cool. However, it was far too linear and the story was really not compelling at all. I found lightning to be an extremely weak protagonist. I liked it more than XII but less than the rest of the series, excluding XI and XIV as I haven't played those and they're not the same type of game.

Good graphics, shitty story, shitty battle system. Characters are lame as hell. Token black guy, a chick version of Cloud, annoying ass emo Kid, some ditz, a lesbian, and generic "hero" guy.

To be fair, Cloud was a much deeper, dynamic, and more multidimensional character than Lightning. But I agree with you that all of the characters in FFXIII were completely one-dimensional, and the story was atrocious.

Idk. I thoroughly enjoyed FF XIII. It was different than the others but still compelling :O
Also, there was alot of character development going on. I mean Hope at the beginning was an unbearable whiny bitch then as the story progressed and the puzzle was slowly getting put together everything turned out okay. I found this game refreshing and the graphic was well done. It not there best game but i also wouldn't say it was horrible. It was worth the $60 in my opinion.

The whole summon/transformer theme kinda made be cry though. I just wished they stayed in their normal form instead of their vehicle form. :(

really? I thought Lightning was the ideal protagonist for this game. The beginning of the game started off shaky and lightning's world and morals were smashed to shits. She had a "revelation" and had to change everything about her. I thought the whole character set up for this game w/ their backgrounds were great cause it all weaved together in a single web.

Although....... the voice actors were unbearable. Vanille and Hope? they sounded like kids that just hit puberty.
