I sent you a PM explaining it a little bit but I'll post it here too. There's two main categories of leves. Each category has a limit of 8 per 36 hours. The first category is for Battle, Field, Faction, and Tutorial leves. You can complete any combination of 8 of these per 36 hours. The second category is for Crafting leves, the NPC for these are usually found right next to the NPC that issues the other leves. This category also allows you to do 8 leves. If you do 8 from each NPC that totals 16 every 36 hours, I'm a little surprised at how few people know about this but I guess I shouldn't be since the game doesn't really explain it. :(

Hope this helps!

Yea but for people like me who want well rounded chars with maybe 8 classes leveled this leaves you with one leve quest per 36 hours per class. It is near impossible to level them easily. You can go buy supplies but gil runs out pretty quick when doing this. Imo it should be 8 quests per char class per 36 hours and it would be much more understandable but at this rate I feel I am paying to be ripped off and they put too much of a limit on this game and take a lot of fun out of trying to level. Most recipes I can't even do until level 21 and they made it take quite the long time to get there. Which time consumption is fine with me. If they want it to take longer then they could make you get less experience rather than limiting what jobs you can do.

I'm leveling Conjurer, Thaumaturge, Weaving, Carpentry, Leatherworking, Alchemy, Goldsmithing, Botany, and Mining and I use crafting leves to fill in gaps where items are too expensive to make or require materials that I cannot find. That's 9 classes and even with 9 classes sometimes I still don't use all 16 leve slots. I think it's better to pick and choose which leves benefit you at the time instead of just grabbing everything they give you and running out to do them. Look for leves with rewards/marks, leves that will help you fill in on crafts when you're low on materials or whatnot. For Weaving I found hundreds of Moko Grass from Botany and I used it to level my Weaving to like rank 15 by turning the grass into yarn, yarn into cloths, cloths into cowls which I then sold for good gil. Now since I'm at a point in weaving where the hempen stuff is too low and the cotton stuff is too high, I rely on weaving leves to level. It's all about managing what you're given with what room you have, you can just grab everything and go out and spam leves but you're not going to get as much out of them as someone who picks the leves that are most rewarding and taking that extra time to maximize on what's available.

In English yea? I like the game but for having to pay to play it I do not like the restrictions. Browse around some forums bud. 99/100 people feel the exact same way so I know I am not wrong.
