yes 7 and 8 were awesome but 10 is RIGHT there with them so they didn't lose their touch well with 10-2 and 12 they did for DAMN sure

i agree with 7 and 8 but 9 and 10 were sub par and 12 dont get me started

12 was horrible..that battle system is whack im so use to the other battle system that this one doesnt even seem right...they need to bring the old battle system back with these new amazing graphics..

It's so easy to read people like you. You're probably a 30 year old living in your mother's basement, deluding yourself into thinking that all "oldschool" games are the best because you played them in your childhood, which you're currently trying to relive.

On a more serious note, I've played all the main FF games (except 2 and 3), and I prefer 7, 8, and 9 to the older ones.

Neither Skuxz nor I even said that the early games were bad. I enjoy all the FF games, even the early ones, but I find the PS1 era games to be better.
