This isn't FF11 though, and a lot of the people in my guild are already multiple level 50's and I ask them what they are doing, and they always just seem like they are killing time. They talk about trying to do that 'Spire' thing or what not, but even at that, I don't even think they can get any upgraded equipment or anything. It would just to be doing it to be doing it. There is very very little end-game progression for your character/equip/items from what I have been told.

What should I be looking forward to?

you can't demand a shit ton of end game content though
technically, the game just released.
It takes years to get a ton of good end game content.
even when I jumped into ffxi and stood in awe at all the endgame content, the game had been out for many years.

this and its not like there isnt any endgame content

theres like 20 classes to level to 50 and a raid that people still having crazy amount of trouble with

mostly just prepping for 2.1

people are just content rushing when they shouldnt be, the game JUST game out, enjoy it, wtf? there is no rush, im glad I only have 1 class to 50, means I have so much more to do, dont even have full DL yet. and I have yet to see a person on my server with full af2.

aite lets deal with the first rofl in here - the reason why nobody has full af2 is because theres a hard cap of 300 myth tomes a week. you need 14 weeks worth to get full AF2
the game has been out for over a month (longer if you count phase 4 beta). theres no rushing going on, this is just playing more than 30 minutes a day pace. and with FATE grinding allowing you to level to 50 in a day or leve powering crafting hitting 50 is extremely easy.
having friends means you can do CM runs in ~30 minutes average which you can then get full DL in a few days
and coil... o man coil... if fighting 4 "hard" bosses is your definition of lasting end game lmao... finding 7 other people who arent retarded and all on at the same time. also the 5th boss currently isnt possible because of our gear limitations, when crystal tower comes out with its ilvl80 equipment it will be however. so that leaves you with 3 "turns" of content with turn 1 being a joke ezmode.
so you have turn 2/4 and the impossible 5.



so until crystal tower + pvp come out, the end game doesnt exist


edit: all i get to do now is farm snurbles / carry the failures through titan (who is the only fun / good fight in the game) / wait for BC group to come on for a few hours.

I still dont see how you can fate grind your way to 50 in a day, these people have no lives im sorry. If you have no job, and just sit on a game all day yeah you are gonna be burned out quick. And just a bit more than 30 minutes a day pace. what like 5-6 fates spawn in a half hour? thats like half a level are you insanely retarded?

it is really quick if u know how to maximize the xp and have a group that chains in between

Ill admit I hit my first 50 in about a week, should take a month IMO.

I feel as the game is more based on multiple classes. Hence they are gonna be releasing more and more and more.

I dont think in a game that wants you to have multiple classes, should have leveling that takes months to max. That is not enjoyable by any means.

Getting multiclasses and pvping will be a lot of fun I think.
