When i read it it seems to me he meant he completed the game in 14 hours: possible. Ive done in 20 or so (lvl 50 PWNED sephiroth, took a used the 99 items cheat on megalixers).

This is what he did AFTER the 14 hours if he isnt a liar
9999 dmg is EXCLUDING ruby wep, also possible (easily done once you mass power sources), you can get em by morphing some of the stuff in the sunken ship. not get hit, pretty much possible, i lent my ff7 to my friend so i cant show screenshot ^^.

I believe him if thats what he thinks hes done, would have taken 120 hours or some crap.
