It wont be problem for you to play it because it will guide u through everything and it has linear path until end of chapter then your free to roam, basically missions is only left after beating the game.
I have played all FF games except 2-5. I would say FF6 is funnest of all. It has very good story line, good combat system and pretty quick progress. FF1 is classic, pretty much old school gaming.. you have to figure it out yourself than they holding your hand through the game. 7 is also very great, 8,9, 10 is soso...( I am more to gameplay style person.) 11(online) is great back in early days. 12 has unique combat system which is fun game to play too. 13 is very great storyline and combat system is somewhat fun because u have to change tactics strategy to beat them for 5 stars in missions. I am currently waiting for FF14 online ARR.
Gonna get it for my Ps3 so i can relax on couch, drink beer, and enjoy the game!
