Would a perfect game even be possible obtaining Excalibur II?

I always wanted to do a perfect game on FFIX, but maybe i should start with a Excalibur II run instead to get the feeling.. FFIX perfect game is probably the hardest FF challenge out there.

I'm just doing an Excalibur II run. I would definitely try and do the E2 run first before attempting a perfect game, as that takes a lot of skill you probably won't have if you have never done an E2 run.

Finally got past sealion and through ice cavern with no enounters, time is like 1:15~ because I'm not good at moving through menus fast and I took four tries when doing the nobles.

Is that fast enough?
