gotta love ten for the actual speech. PLUS anima is the darkest most badass GF/Aion they ever thought up. though the stupid "learn how to laugh" cut scene with yuna was incredibly lame. monster arena was sweet, however most creatures in it was MUCH more powerfull than endgame bosses. nemesis should of been a little harder IMO as well. unlocking him to fight took weeks for me, but beating him took 10 minutes after that.

other than that 8. the only thing i didnt like about 8 was the fact that mastering your character stats was a little too easy (island closest to hell/heaven was a lil too easy)

like in 7 took countless hours of running back and fourth trying to master every materia 5+ times (in my case to get six master materias) if it wasn't for emulator triple game speed option, i never would of completed it. plus the near unkillable weapons. maxing character stats doesent help you with them. ( the only drawback is the fact that mime is used to defeat every mega boss in the game, weather with knights of the round or miming omnislash)

Tactics for sure was a lot of fun

In my opinion, that's one of the stupidest reasons to give X any props. I always thought that was one of the worst things about X.

Were the hell is VII?

10 9 are nice, 13 and 12 are ok

yay 8! if i had to explain why i liked 8 so much i couldn't tell you for sure.

i loved the music, the story line, the battle systems. the drawing system. the gfs and the replay value.

i recently replayed it using just squall/laguna w/out leveling untill the 3rd disc. then once i got cactuar king equipped squall with spr/str/hp/luck bonus and leveled him to 99 on the island closest to hell. by killing one ruby dragon i went up like 25 levels or something.

i really liked tactics though also. i remember that being the most challenging.

I voted for XII because that was the last one I played. I still yet have to play XIII!

Wow, strange to see so much love for FFVIII. Most people I know hated it.

I voted VI, but would have chosen Tactics. Never cared much for the Tactics Advanced though.
