Its the 2nd best ff ever imo.

Only problem with it was that it is fucking ez to beat.

9 wasn't up to par...but 8 was by far the worst final fantasy game ever to grace....no...grace isn't the right word...i mean "shit" on the United States. Honestly, you have to withdraw magic from enemies? then use that magic to junction to stats to make them go up, knowing that if you use that magic that that stat will go down?

I mean 8 was my first Final Fantasy and I loved it, but when i played 7,9,10...8 to me was dumb o_O!

imho 8 was a fantastic addition to the series.. now 9.. please.. its final fantasy yes, but i didn't like the "cartoonness" this game had compared to the others..
i just hope 12 isn't the same... i've still yet to buy it.. out of stock everywhere i went^^

Most of people are fooled by FFIX's childish and cartoonish looks, but in my opinion it's #1 FF game, VII and VIII are phenomenal games too, but they just doesn't have that something =/.

im replaying it. i just got amerant. just finished the lifa tree and got him hehe

9was good, reminded me of 7 in some areas though. (in a good way)

I just start play at Final Fantasy my brother finish all them and I try FF9 ATM and I play 12 hour and I almost finish the disc 2 .

yeah 9 was pretty good game.
It was my second ever FF game that I ever played, the first one was FF2 or 3, yeah one of the Snes ones and I loved that one even though I never finished it.
but Im currently playing 10, which is lovely but their speech and when they pause and shit could be fixed greatly(dunno if any one else ever noticed this but it gets annoying after awhile)
