If I had to pick one game on its own for the music, it would probably be FF8. The Landing (the music when attacking Dollet) and The Man with the Machine Gun (Laguna's battle music) are amazing. I also really like The Salt Flats. In fact, I can't really fault many of FF8's songs.

I'd also say alot of the FFVII music is pretty damn good. I've raped the OST
