Phase 3 ran longer than 3 days (at one point it ran almost a week), so I dunno. Someone posted it on another board and this page is on the official web site, but isn't actually linked any where, you have to dig through html code to find it. I just hope this page was made and forgotten, but Phase 4 is sooner than the 17th.
